How it works
From the Join Now section, enter your zip code to determine if you are in our delivery area, if you are not in our delivery area. Please use the Contact Us form and provide us with your delivery address and we will see if we can accommodate you. If you are in our delivery area you will have options of a 1 Day Sample Meal, 5 Day or 7 Day Delivery. Meals are delivered by our drivers before 5 a.m. every day.
Meal programs available are:
- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and two Snacks Daily
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Daily
- Breakfast, Lunch and two Snacks Daily
- Breakfast and Lunch Daily
- Lunch, Dinner and two Snacks Daily
- Lunch and Dinner Daily
Upon selection of a meal program you will be shown the total cost and asked to confirm choice, you will then be brought to the personal information screen, this information is to assist us in understanding your dietary restrictions, food dislikes and determine proper portion size. A Nutrtion Counselor will contact you within 24 hours to go over the information you have provided and determine your delivery start date.
Please note that the earliest start date is 48 hours after you are contacted by us.
Meals are prepared daily and by using the freshest quality products available, we always provide our customer with a variety of dishes that do not repeat during your programs subscription.
You will receive a stylish cooler/bag containing your properly labeled meal and snacks. The cooler will contain ice packs to keep items cool during delivery. All meals that can be heated will be stored in microwaveable container. To heat, open container slightly and place in microwave for up to 1-3 minutes at 70% power* or move meal to an oven durable platter or pan and heat at 370 degrees in household oven for 15-20 minutes*. Before turning in for the night we ask that you leave the cooler/bag outside for the next day’s pickup.
If you have a locked exterior door (i.e. apartment complex or non door man building), let us know and we will arrange to pick up a duplicate key.
To postpone any individual day or days please give us 48 hours notice.
